By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

1.1. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
1.2. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of someone else, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.

4.1. You retain ownership of all journal entries submitted using the Service.
4.2. Images generated through the Service are produced using OpenAI’s DALL·E API. By using the Service, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use these images for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with OpenAI’s Terms of Use.
4.3. You may not use generated images for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes, or in violation of OpenAI’s policies.
4.4. Daley retains the right to revoke your license to use any image if its use violates these terms or applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
5.1. Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
5.2. Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
5.3. Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s operation.

6. Termination

6.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
7.2. We are not responsible for data loss or interruptions.

8. Governing Law

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. We may update this Agreement. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
